How to Create Admin Access for Your Smart Locks
One essential yet often overlooked feature of managing your smart locks is creating admin accounts. This is crucial if you want a partner or a business associate to have permanent access to control all of your locks. Here’s how you can easily set up admin access through the TT Lock app.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the TT Lock App: Launch the app on your device.

Access Settings:
- Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner to open the menu.
- Navigate to Settings.

Find Authorized Admins:
- Look for the Authorized Admin section.
- If you have no current admins, you’ll have the option to create one.

Invite an Admin:
- The person you wish to make an admin must first download the TT Lock app and create their own account.
- Enter the email address associated with their account.
- Add their name and select which locks you want them to manage. You can choose to group the locks or provide access to all of them.

Remote Locking Option:
- You have the option to allow remote locking for the admin. Make your selection accordingly.

- Press OK to save the changes.
- Once your partner or business associate logs into their TT Lock app, they will have admin access to all specified locks.
