Where Are My Door Open/Close Records?

Recently, the TTLock app updated the way it shows door open and close events.

Here’s what you need to know:

What Changed?

Previously, all door open and close events were shown in the main Records tab.

Now, open/close events are shown under:

Settings → Door Sensor → Records

This change does not affect other alarms, such as the Hold Open Alarm.

These events are still logged in the main Records tab.

Why the Change?

This update helps keep the main Records tab cleaner.

Only important events, like alarms, appear in the main tab.

Routine open/close events are now stored in the door sensor sub-tab for easier tracking.

How to Check Your Door Events

●Open the TTLock app.

●Go to Settings.

●Tap Door Sensor.

●Select Records.

You will now see all open and close events for that door.

Summary

Open/close events have not disappeared — they are now in the Door Sensor sub-tab.

Alarms like Hold Open still appear in the main Records tab.

This change makes it easier to track important events without the log becoming too busy.
