How to Transfer or Remove Locks Without a Wi-Fi Gateway
TTLock allows you to transfer a lock to another account or remove it from your own account at any time.
These actions are handled securely in the cloud and do not require a Wi-Fi Gateway or Bridge.
Transferring a Lock to Another Account
Steps

Open the TTLock app

From the Home screen, tap the menu in the top-right corner

Select Transfer Lock

Choose the lock you want to transfer

Enter the email address or exact phone number registered to the receiving TTLock account
Removing a Lock from Your Account
If you no longer need a lock in your account, there are two ways to remove it.
Option 1:
There is an option at the end of the transfer process to: Move faulty or Damaged Locks to Trash
Option 2:
Transfer the lock to an email address not registered to a TTLock account
This effectively removes the lock from your account
