While the standard TTLock app is perfect for homes or small setups, TT Hotel provides additional tools for businesses that manage many rooms or properties.

How Registration Works
To register your property with TT Hotel, a Supplier Code must first be requested.
This process is handled by our team to ensure your system is set up correctly.
 
Step 1 – Information Required
To request your Supplier Code, we must submit the following details to TTLock:
-Your name
-Your phone number
-Your email address
This information is sent by Simpled directly to TTLock.
 
Step 2 – Receive Your Unique Code
After the request is submitted:
TTLock will automatically send an email to you.
The email will contain your unique Supplier Code.
This code is required for the final TT Hotel registration step.
 
During the registration process:
TTLock may call you to verify the request.
You may need to respond to the email quickly.
It is important that you remain available online during this stage.
The time window to complete this step can sometimes be quite short, so please check your email carefully once the request has been submitted.
 
What Happens Next?
Once you receive your Supplier Code, you will be able to complete the TT Hotel registration process and start managing your locks through the TT Hotel platform.
