How to Refresh the Battery Level in the App

The battery level shown in the app does not update in real time.
The battery percentage refreshes only after the lock communicates with the app.

If no recent action has been performed, the displayed level may be outdated.

How to Update the Battery Level

To refresh the battery reading, perform any action that makes the app communicate with the lock.

The quickest method is to:

  1. Open the smart lock app

  2. Select the lock

  3. Tap Unlock

This forces the lock to report its current battery level.

Ways to Trigger the Update

You can refresh the battery level using either method below:

  • Bluetooth: Stand near the lock and unlock using the app

  • Remote Unlock: Unlock from anywhere if a Wi-Fi gateway is connected

Both methods will update the battery reading after the action completes.

Key Point

If the battery level looks incorrect, perform an unlock action in the app to refresh it.
The app will not update the battery level on its own without communication from the lock.
