What occurs if the battery dies and you don't have a charger at midnight? Will you be locked out, or does that leave the door open for burglars?

While you can check the battery status in the app, it’s possible to forget and end up with a dead battery. Here are two ways to gain entry and replace the batteries:

1. Use the key-override feature (emergency keys are included in the package) to unlock the lock.
2. Temporarily power the Simpled smart lock by connecting it to a USB power bank via the micro-USB jumper port located next to the key override.
