Simpled Smart Lock Batteries Died! What to do now?

Understanding Your Simpled Smart Lock

One common concern with smart locks is the potential for the handle to run out of battery, leaving you unable to access your property. At Simpled, we've addressed this worry by including two sets of emergency keys with every lock.

In the event of a battery failure or electrical issue, simply use these keys for access. While the front of the lock has no visible keyhole—enhancing security by deterring tampering—the key compartment is discreetly located at the bottom. Just slide in the key, and you can easily unlock your door.

Forgot Your Emergency Keys?

If you find yourself without your emergency keys and the battery in your smart lock has died, there is no need for concern. By using a power bank and a USB Type-C cable, you can provide sufficient power to the smart lock, allowing it to unlock and granting you access to your property.
