Installation

1. Install Mortise: If your existing lock is compatible, skip this step.

2. Mount Stubs: Install the screw stubs and rubber plate as indicated.

 

3. Install Back Panel: Unscrew the battery cover, install the rubber plate, and secure the mounting screws.

 

 

4. Insert Batteries: Use 4x AAA batteries (Energizer Lithium or Procell Alkaline recommended).

5. Test the Lock: Confirm all unlocking methods and auto-lock features are functioning properly.

 

The Simpled Smart Lock features an auto-lock function, meaning the spindle won’t engage from the outside when pushing the handle downward unless accessed via fingerprint, passcode, etc.

For cleaning, avoid chemicals as they may void the warranty. Use a soft, damp cloth to gently clean the surface without scratching.
