      I’m trying to connect to Google Home, but when I log in to the Scienersmart app, it says I have no devices linked to my account. What should I do?

      To connect to Google or Alexa and remotely open or close your lock via the internet, you will also need a hub. Here are the steps for connecting to Google Home, along with a link for connecting to Alexa:

      Google Home:

      1. Download the TTLOCK app.
      2. Register a TTLOCK account using your email or phone number.
      3. Add your Simpled Lock to the app.
      4. Add the Gateway (G2) to the app.
      5. Enter your Wi-Fi password.
      6. Ensure that both the Simpled Smart Lock and Gateway are successfully paired with the app.
      7. Enable the "Unlock Remotely" function in the Settings.

      Steps in the Google Home App:

      1. Open the Google Home app.
      2. Tap on the "+" icon.
      3. Select "Set up device."
      4. In the "Works with Google" section, tap on "Have something already set up?"
      5. Search for "ScienerSmart."
      6. Enter the username and password you used for the TTLOCK app.
      7. Select your Simpled Lock.

      Now your Simpled Lock is connected to Google Home!
