Follow These Steps for a Hassle-Free Simpled Lock Installation
Step 1: Unpack the contents and locate your spindle and interior-facing lock.
Step 2: Insert the spindle into place and use the lock provided in the kit to secure it.
Step 3: Grab your golden screws and fasten them into the cylinder.
Step 4: These cylinders will allow you to adjust your Simpled Lock on the door.
Step 5: Align the silicone plate with the interior lock, ensuring the spindle aligns with the handle.
Step 6: Place the interior side of the lock onto the interior side of the door.
Step 7: Once the interior part is secured, remove the plastic lid from the exterior lock to access the battery compartment.
Step 8: Ensure the spindle goes through the spindle hole in the exterior handle. Screw the exterior lock onto the opposite side of the interior lock, feeding the white cable through, ensuring proper alignment on both sides.
Step 9: Test the lock to ensure the interior side locks correctly while the exterior (smart side) does not lock.
Step 10: Connect the white cable to the socket above the battery compartment.
Step 11: Tuck the cable into the grooves of the lock and insert your batteries.
Step 12: Close the battery compartment by replacing the plastic lid.
Step 13: Finally, lock your door and activate your unit.
