Troubleshooting Steps for a Faulty Smart Lock
Instructions for factory resetting your slim series smart lock
- Remove the battery cover on the indoor panel of the lock
- Push to one side the white connector cable
- Depress the reset button between the batteries with a pen or similar object for two seconds (see photo for button location)
- The lock will announce "Please add administrator"
- Key in 0 0 0 followed by # (Hash) into the keypad
- Next open app and select Add Lock the All Locks
- Next lightly touch the key pad to liven up the bluetooth
- This lock should no longer be greyed out but should be shown in black text
- Select it and use the Add (+) button
- When the lock has been added try to unlock it by tapping one on the blue padlock icon
- The lock should now unlock
